Important information about the May 31st dues renewal date

October 7th, 2015

During the Grand Convention this past July in Milwaukee, the Grand Aerie voted to standardize all Aerie’s dues across the jurisdiction to be due at the same time.  Effective in 2016, all Aerie and Auxiliary dues will be due on May 31st of each year, which coincides with the end of our fiscal year for the Fraternal Order of Eagles.

Due to this change, the Aerie voted on the dues renewal process for the coming year.

If your Aerie dues are due on February 29th of 2016, you may renew your annual dues between now and March 31, 2016 for the total amount of $35.00, and your dues expiration date will be pushed out until May 31, 2017.  This change voted on by the Aerie will in effect save you 3 months of pro-rated dues for March, April and May of 2016.  We are hoping that this change will help simplify the dues renewal process and encourage members to renew their membership early in order to help get the Aerie in compliance with this new statutory requirement quicker.  If you do not pay the $35.00 before March 31st, 2016, you will then be required to pay the annual dues as well as any pro-rated amount as well to get in compliance.

If the expiration date of your dues is due between now and February 29th, 2016, then please contact me personally to inquire about the specific amount you may owe to get you paid through May 31, 2017.

REMEMBER…  This special offer is only being offered to those Aerie members that currently have an expiration date of February 29th, 2016.

Thank you for your attention to this matter, and please make your best effort to get your dues paid in a timely fashion so I may get your official receipt printed and back to you quickly.

If at any time you have any questions about this new constitutional change, or any questions pertaining to what you owe for dues, please feel free to call me on my cell phone at (603) 674-9857 or by sending me an email to This email address is being protected from spambots.
